25 Years of Outdoor Furniture (Part II)

In September of 2020, Keystone Ridge Designs achieved an important milestone - 25 years of business in the site furniture industry. We acknowledged the significance throughout the past year with a blog about our history, social posts, and other notable communications. But, let’s be honest, what we really wanted to do was have a party. A party to gather together and celebrate success, recognize accomplishments, pay homage to the past, and inspire the future. Of course, as we all know, the unforeseen circumstances of 2020 derailed our best laid plans.

Alas, earlier this month, a belated 25^th Anniversary was combined with an early holiday event for a long-overdue, company-wide celebration. With amazing event planners and partners and a spirit of fellowship, the evening quickly became a new memorable milestone in the history of Keystone Ridge Designs.

Here are just a few highlights from the evening:

The Decorations

The décor conveyed a color scheme reminiscent of Keystone Ridge Designs early branding and was accented with shimmering silver elements to represent our silver anniversary.

The Food 

A happy hour with a spread of appetizers was followed by an amazing dinner buffet. And for dessert, donuts, custom cookies, mini-cheesecakes, and more!!!

The Gifts 

A commemorative ornament from the local business, Wendell August Forge, honored a family tradition and offered each employee a way to continue the celebration through the Christmas season. A prize auction also allowed entries by employees based on their years of service. From AirPods, to Hamilton tickets, to a hot air balloon ride, to a chest freezer full of meat, there was no shortage of chances for a great prize.

A Special Presentation  

Our president took a moment to pay tribute to his parents whose passion and determination started Keystone Ridge Designs years ago. He continued on to acknowledge and thank the hardworking employees who are essential to our continued growth and truly are like family.

The highlight came at the end of the speech with a special presentation of a produced video that emphasizes the values of our founding members, how far we’ve come in 25 years of American manufacturing, and how important all of the people are who got us here.

In this month of thanksgiving, we look back at the wonderful anniversary event, the challenges and successes of this past year, and the highs and lows of the last 25 (plus!) years. We can truly say our hearts are full with reasons to give thanks.
