Use of Website

This website, www.keystoneridgedesigns.com,  and its contents are intended for personal and professional use related to site furnishings and landscape design. You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access at any time.

1. Intellectual Property and Proprietary Rights

All content, including designs, drawings, text, graphics, images, logos, and code, is the property of Keystone Ridge Designs, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Keystone Ridge Designs is proud to offer the design community exceptional site furnishings conceptualized by our experienced design and fabrication teams. For this reason, we pursue patents, trademarks, copyrights, and service marks for our products and services. Our products are protected by one or more U.S. patent numbers and are clearly marked as such:

2. Trademarks

Keystone Ridge Designs owns trademarks including, but not limited to: Keystone Ridge Designs, Inc.®, Keyshield®, Designs In Time™, KeyshieldArt™, and Exclusive By Design™. You may not use, reproduce, or alter any of our trademarks without prior written consent. Other trademarks, service marks, or trade names referenced on this website are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Prices shown on this website supersede all previous pricing and are subject to change without notice. All pricing reflects product cost only and does not include freight or packaging, which will be detailed in a formal quotation.

• All furnishings are made to order and require a 50% down payment prior to manufacturing.

• Orders are activated upon receipt of payment via approved credit card, check, or money order.

• The remaining 50% plus freight and packaging is due before shipping.

• Sales tax will be assessed only to products shipping to or picked up within Pennsylvania and will be listed as a line item on the quotation.

• We accept Mastercard®, Visa®, American Express®, and Discover®.

• Once an order is activated, it will be placed into our production schedule. Any modifications requested after order activation, including changes to products, quantities, or specifications, may result in a change order fee up to 25% and could affect final balance due and lead times.

This structure supports efficient scheduling and helps manage project timelines and costs.

4. Online Quotes and Order Activation

Online quotes or pricing shown through the website are for informational and estimation purposes only and do not constitute a formal order or agreement to purchase.

A formal quotation, including final product pricing, freight, packaging, customizations, and any applicable accessory fees, will be prepared by the Keystone Ridge Designs quoting department after an online quote submission. Only upon signed acceptance of this formal quotation and receipt of the required down payment will an order be considered active and scheduled for production.

Keystone Ridge Designs reserves the right to adjust pricing or availability at the time of formal quote issuance.

5. Lead Time and Delivery

• Estimated lead time is typically 8–12 weeks from order activation. Ship dates referenced on quotes are estimates only and are subject to change.

• Final ship dates are coordinated and communicated by our Client Services team.

• Lead times are subject to change based on factors beyond our control, including periods of high-volume demand, raw material availability, supply chain disruptions, or other unforeseen market conditions that may result in unexpected production delays.

• Products ship FOB from Butler, PA. Clients will be notified with shipping details on the day of shipment.

• A signed bill of lading serves as the client's receipt and must be reviewed upon delivery for discrepancies. Site furnishings should be carefully examined for damage incurred during shipment. Keystone Ridge Designs, Inc. is not responsible for product damage or shortage once the bill of lading is signed by the client.  

• Any issues must be noted on the bill of lading before the carrier departs and reported immediately to Client Services.

6. Cancellations and Returns

Orders cancelled more than two weeks after placement will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Returns must be pre-approved and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, plus any applicable shipping and handling charges. Custom products may not be eligible for return.

7. Storage

Storage fees will begin to accrue 30 days after either:

• The date the client is notified that products are ready to ship, or

• The estimated delivery date provided in the order acknowledgment—whichever is later.

Storage costs will be calculated based on the volume and duration of storage and must be paid in full prior to shipment release.

8. Warranty

Keystone Ridge Designs stands behind the quality of every product we manufacture. 

• We offer a three (3) year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

• Limited structural components are warranted for up to 20 years.

• Some exclusions apply; refer to our full Warranty for details.

We are committed to product durability and long-term client satisfaction.

9. Hardware

• We use high-quality stainless steel assembly hardware where applicable.

• Anchoring hardware is not included, as it depends on site-specific installation needs. Stainless steel hardware is recommended.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of this website is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect personal data in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable laws. 

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site signifies your acceptance of those changes.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

All materials on this website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Keystone Ridge Designs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this website.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Butler County, PA.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts or access to the site at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

15. Age Restrictions

This website is intended for users aged 18 years and older. By using the site, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
