We don’t just make site furnishings—we manufacture them with pride, precision, and a promise of performance. Every piece is handcrafted in the USA using durable, powder-coated steel, designed to withstand the elements and stand the test of time. Our diverse product lines offer both modern style and timeless elegance, with customization options that let you tailor furnishings to your project vision. By controlling our process from design to delivery, we ensure unmatched quality, sustainable practices, and fast, reliable customer service. Nearly all furnishings ship fully assembled and are backed by a 3-year warranty.

Our products are primarily constructed from steel tubing, flat bar, and other steel or aluminum components, all containing varying percentages of recycled content. These materials are finished with our exclusive Keyshield® powder coating for long-lasting durability. Select designs may incorporate or be customized with Ipe hardwood, recycled plastic, stainless steel, aluminum, or thermally-modified wood, depending on your project needs. Link

Keystone Ridge Designs warrants all products (other than noted exceptions) against material and workmanship defects for a period of three (3) years from the date of shipment with a limited structural warranty of up to 20 years. To qualify, products must be installed per our recommendations. For full warranty details, exceptions, and eligibility, view our complete warranty here

All of our products are made-to-order, ensuring each piece is crafted to exact customer specifications. Standard lead times are typically 8–12 weeks from order activation, depending on our production schedule and current market factors. You'll receive an estimated ship date with your order confirmation, and our client services team will keep you updated every step of the way.

To protect our patented and proprietary designs, we require user registration to access downloadable product drawings. This helps ensure that our content is used by professionals with genuine interest and honest intent. We collect basic data to help us understand how our website is being used, what information is most important, and who is most often served by our site. We use the data only to improve your website experience—never to sell or share your personal information.

A signed quotation is our contract with you. To maintain efficient scheduling, quality assurance, and competitive pricing, we require a 50% deposit upon order approval, with the balance due prior to shipping. This policy helps us avoid costly delays and accounts receivable collections issues to keep our production process running smoothly.

After your order is activated, we’ll send a Sales Order Confirmation with your estimated ship date. Once your order has been scheduled for shipping, carrier and tracking information will be provided via email. For updates or questions, our friendly client services team is just a call or email away.

We take great care in packaging every order to protect your investment during transit. Freight and packaging costs are based on shipment size, destination, and negotiated carrier rates to ensure safe delivery at the best possible value.

A lift gate is a hydraulic platform on the back of a delivery truck that raises and lowers heavy freight from the truck bed to the ground.

You may need lift gate service if your delivery location does not have a loading dock or forklift to unload large or palletized items. This service allows the driver to safely lower your shipment to ground level. Once the pallets are on the ground, it becomes your responsibility to move, unpack, and install the products from there.

Don’t worry—we’re here to help. Products should be carefully examined for any damages incurred during the shipping process before the bill of lading is signed and the freight company leaves the delivery site.  If any issues arise, notify us immediately. We’ll handle the freight claim process and work quickly to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Our powder-coated steel furnishings are built for long-lasting outdoor use and require minimal upkeep. Routine cleaning with mild soap and water—or a quick spray with a hose—will remove most dirt. Occasionally using a non-abrasive buffing cream can help restore powder coat shine. Care & Maintenance

In direct sunlight, all outdoor materials—metal, wood, plastic—can absorb heat and become warm to the touch. While metal is often perceived as hotter, the reality is that temperature buildup depends more on sun exposure, color choice, and placement than on material alone. At Keystone Ridge Designs, we can help mitigate heat concerns through smart design features like open slats and perforations, lighter powder coat colors that reflect sunlight, and material options that suit your climate. Our team is always available to help you plan for comfort, whether that means incorporating shade, selecting optimal finishes, or choosing the right bench style for your environment.

Keystone Ridge Designs' site furnishings are built to last for decades in demanding outdoor environments. Made from high-quality steel with our proprietary Keyshield® powder coating system, our products resist rust, corrosion, and fading over time. With proper installation and basic maintenance, many clients see our benches, receptacles, and other furnishings in active use for 10–15 years or more. It’s an investment in durability, backed by American craftsmanship and a 3-year warranty, with a limited 20-year structural warranty.

Most Keystone Ridge Designs products ship fully assembled and are designed for straightforward installation. Depending on the product, typical mounting options include surface mount, in-ground, or freestanding configurations. We make all of our unit pricing publicly available on our website. This can be found on each product page. Because our site furnishings are made-to-order with various customization and add-on options, final pricing can vary.
