LIMITED QUANTITIES
Clients may order a total of six products, which may be any combination of the Designs In Time™ site furnishings. Example: three benches, three litter receptacles. A second Designs In Time™ order may not be placed any earlier than 30 days from the activation date of the previous order, per client.
SHIPPING SCHEDULE
Products are guaranteed to ship from our Butler, Pennsylvania facility within 15 business days after date of order activation. Shipper tracking pro number and terminal phone number are supplied for client follow-up once product ships from our facility.

To activate a Designs In Time™ Quick Ship order, we must receive full payment along with a signed copy of the Keystone Ridge Designs quotation that confirms products, color choice, and shipping address. The 15-business-day lead time begins once all requirements are fulfilled. A sales order acknowledgement will be sent via email for your records. A 15% upcharge on material cost will apply to all Designs In Time™ orders. This will appear as a separate line item on the quotation. Please note that Designs In Time™ orders are not accepted during the month of December due to our annual year-end hiatus. In rare cases of high-volume production or other extenuating circumstances, lead times and program availability may change without notice. Clients will be notified of any changes to shipment guarantees at the time of quoting. This program may not be combined with any other discounts or promotions.

Your order goes into our production schedule as soon as we receive quotation sign-off and payment. Within a few days, you’ll receive a sales order acknowledgment via email for your records.
After the order has been scheduled for shipment from our facility, you will receive an email with tracking information, including the trucking company, PRO#, and estimated date of arrival.
Yes. A 15% upcharge applies to the material cost of the order. We are a made-to-order production facility and this surcharge is required to accommodate priority adjustments to our regular production schedule.
